Basis

How it applies

This requirement applies immediately after the appointment of the judicial administrator and Committee of Creditors members. They receive personal notification and have 48 hours to appear at the court's headquarters and sign the commitment term, assuming all responsibilities inherent to the position of faithfully and diligently performing their duties. If the judicial administrator fails to sign the term within the specified deadline, the judge will appoint another judicial administrator, as expressly provided in the governing legislation.
