Basis

How it applies

The timeframe for including information in the official registries occurs after the ordinary administrative dispute phase is exhausted. The rule establishes the obligation for immediate registration as soon as the legal deadline for filing a request for reconsideration or applicable appeal elapses without action by the party, or alternatively, when the final decision is published after having received a suspensive effect granted by the competent authority. The provision of data is regulated by the Office of the Comptroller General, with registration being the responsibility of the sanctioning body.
