Basis

How it applies
The request for reconsideration has an automatic suspensive effect. If the authority maintains the sanctioning decision after the analysis, the legal entity will have a new 30-day period to comply with the imposed sanctions, counted from the publication of the new decision. If the request is not filed, compliance with the sanctions must occur within 30 days, counted after the end of the original deadline for filing the request for reconsideration. The counting of deadlines excludes the day of commencement and includes the due date.
